Our dedicated team, comprised of highly trained physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, specializes in delivering evidence-based medical and psychiatric care to patients at all levels of care, including Sub-Acute Detox, Residential, Partial Hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient.

Substance Abuse Primary

We provide effective management of detoxification, treatment for co-occurring psychiatric and medical diagnoses, and the prescription of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) tailored to address substance-use disorders. With decades of experience treating Substance Use Disorders, our team of providers understand the significance of individualized care and operate with safety and compassion.

Mental Health Primary

Our scope of work encompasses a range of essential medical and psychiatric services, including thorough medical and psychiatric assessments for Mental Health treatment. In today’s world, a majority of patients suffer from some co-occurring disorder that is often times left untreated when focusing on the addiction aspect. Our team works hands-on with the clinicians and the treatment team to properly diagnose and treat Mental Health disorders.

Our team is passionate about helping individuals regardless of their needs. We take the time to properly assess and diagnose Mental Health disorders and will utilize any and all necessary medications to help patients the best way possible regardless of the amount of work on our end it can be to manage certain medications, especially anti-psychotics, which some require ongoing lab work for the entire duration individuals may be on it.

Incidental Medical Services (IMS)

IMS refers to optional services provided by healthcare practitioners or supervised staff at a facility to address medical issues associated with detoxification, treatment, or recovery services. These services must comply with community standards of practice and do not include general primary medical care or services that must be performed in a licensed health facility as defined by HSC Sections 1200 or 1250.

The six approved IMS services provided after receiving the DHCS approval include:

• Obtaining medical histories
• Monitoring health status
• Conducting tests associated with alcohol or drug detoxification
• Providing alcoholism or drug abuse recovery or treatment services
• Overseeing patient self-administered medications
• Treating substance abuse disorders, including detoxification

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) is a comprehensive approach to treating substance use disorders that combines the use of FDA-approved medications coupled with counseling and other behavioral health therapies. MAT is essentially designed to normalize brain chemistry by blocking the euphoric effects of alcohol and opioids, relieve the physiological cravings, and normalize overall body functions without the negative effects that come with using the abused substance previously. We believe that by addressing both the physical and psychological aspects of addiction, using MAT helps individuals achieve and maintain long-term sobriety, reduce the risk of relapse, and improve the overall quality of life while getting better. Psychotropic Genetic Testing

There are hundreds of different medications on the market today, and for patients, one of the most frustrating things is trying multiple medications only to find out they don’t alleviate any of their symptoms. Concise Healthcare offers Genesite Testing to those who have tried and failed when it comes to multiple different medications. The process works by identifying the most suitable medication for your needs based on your unique genetic makeup. Genetic testing services provide insight and empowerment to our providers in their mission to tailor treatment comprehensively and specifically for each individual’s needs.

State Disability Insurance (SDI)

Financial burdens can be a huge reason patients refuse to get the help they need. We work with our patients to help them with Short Term Disability, which will allow them to take time off work to get the help they need. We work closely with the State of CA and can fill out paperwork for any other state while under our care and while in treatment. Our team will work with your case management and therapeutic team in order to help navigate what can be such a difficult and frustrating process, allowing you to, again, focus on what matters, which is providing the care your patient needs.

On-Site Evaluation and Treatment

Concise Healthcare offers on-site services and telehealth care to meet facilities where they need to be. By offering on-site care, we feel that we can provide more of an overall evaluation, looking at the bigger picture of each patient’s needs. This service allows our facilities and, therefore, patients to have any and all issues addressed, eliminating the need for almost all outside provider or urgent care visits.
